Stuffed Vine Leaves (ورق عنب)

 1 cup egyptian rice
 1 can chopped tomatoes (~500g)
 ½ cup fresh dill leaves
 2-3 fresh garlic cloves
 1 medium onion
 2 tsp black pepper
 2 tsp salt (or to taste)
 2 fresh lemons juiced
